Abide in Me, and I in you.
As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in Me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches:
He that abideth in Me, and I in him,
the same bringeth forth much fruit:
for without Me ye can do nothing.
“She put on her coat, then reached for her gloves.
They were lying limp and useless–
until she slipped her hands inside them.
At that moment she realized
that God didn’t want her to think about her limitations.
Rather, He wanted to put His power into her
and work through her,
just as her gloves became useful
when she put her hands into them. ”
